What teams and competitions are in your watchlist? Can you share the story behind this selection?

I just recently became a fan of European football, and my team interests are varied based on places I have visited or have a connection to. My Son studied abroad in Florence, Italy and got hooked on Fiorentina and Serie A. He encouraged me to start watching football, and because I have interest in moving to Turin, Italy, I chose to follow Torino. As my love for Italian football has grown, so has my love for European football. On my current watchlist...

Serie A: Torino FC & ACF Fiorentina
Reason noted above...incidentally, I felt Torino was more inline with my personality, so I chose them over Juventus. ACF Fiorentina so I can follow what my Son follows

La Liga: Valencia CF
My wife and I visited Spain last year and we fell in love with Valencia, so naturally I decided to start watching them

EFL Championship: Leeds United
My first ever business trip to Europe was to Leeds, and I was there during their relegation match, so it was very memorable

Austrian Bundesliga: SK Rapid Vien
My Son and I recently became Austrian citizens, and I liked the history of Rapid, so they became my Austrian team

Atlanta had two shots at NHL hockey and failed, when Las Vegas announced a team, I decided they were going to be my team

How has Fixtured changed how you follow your favorite teams or leagues?

Over the past year as the number of teams I follow has grown, I have downloaded the team and league apps to keep track of who and when they are playing, where the matches are broadcast and the results. When I found Fixtured, I realized that I could have all of that information in one place, in English, in a very user-friendly interface.

What’s your favorite feature on Fixtured, and why?

I don't think there is one single feature that I like the most, but the number of leagues & teams available, the user interface, the information the app provides and the support stand out. I use the webapp on Android, so I am missing the notification features that my Son gets on iOS, but that's fine.

What advice would you give to a new user getting started with Fixtured?

Dive in and add every team you follow. I think I had everything setup in a couple of minutes. I was not aware that the national teams were even in the app until my Son told me!

Any new sport, team, league or feature you'd love to see on Fixtured?

I would love to see NCAA Men's Division 1 Basketball (Big East Conference/University of Connecticut) and Football (SEC, University of South Carolina).

As far as features go...having a native Android app with all of the features of iOS would be cool, but I am happy with the current state of the webapp.

I also habitually will go to league standings pages before and after a match to see if where we are relative to teams in front of us. A direct link to the league tables would be cool from the match modal.

It would also be cool to be able to tap on the broadcast channel on the match modal and have it open the streaming app, if it's available.

Again, a feature that is not necessary, but would support something I do, tap on the name of the stadium in the match modal and it brings up Google Maps of the location. As a new fan, I find myself asking "where is Udinese?"
